Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile. This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following: • Screening/Check-up of Beneficiaries. • Refer beneficiaries for specialist consultation if required at filed level • Refer beneficiaries to PHC/CHC or DH if required • Training staff on Clinical Part continuously • Regular Monitoring of High Risks, Counselling of beneficiaries on Health & Hygiene, Nutrition • Assists the MO of the MMU/Clinic in providing the health care services as listed. • Checks & Records vitals in the prescribed format. • Conducts laboratory tests (simple point of care tests) prescribed by the Medical Officer • Counsels and educates beneficiaries, as per specific need in personalizing, substance abuse, sexual health and physical activity • Develops rapport with Local Health Functionaries (Govt./Pvt./NGOs) • Maintains detailed and accurate records and reports. Takes appropriate action for Bio Medical waste management with the MO • Carries out any other relevant additional functions as tasked by the MO of the MMU/Clinic. Experience required • B.Sc. (Nursing)/ANM/GNM and 1+ years of experience • Local candidates will be given preference. Essential Skills: • Effective verbal and written communication Skills • Counseling skills. • Good Team Player. • Relationship building • Knowledge of running Mobile Medical Unit (MMU’s) would be an addition advantage.
