Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public  healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality  healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the  last mile. 

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:  

Screening/Check-up of Beneficiaries. 

Refer beneficiaries for specialist consultation if required at filed level 

Refer beneficiaries to PHC/CHC or DH if required 

Training staff on Clinical Part continuously 

Regular Monitoring of High Risks, Counselling of beneficiaries on Health & Hygiene, Nutrition 

Assists the MO of the MMU/Clinic in providing the health care services as listed. 

Checks & Records vitals in the prescribed format. 

Conducts laboratory tests (simple point of care tests) prescribed by the Medical Officer 

Counsels and educates beneficiaries, as per specific need in personalizing, substance abuse, sexual health and physical activity

 Develops rapport with Local Health Functionaries (Govt./Pvt./NGOs) 

Maintains detailed and accurate records and reports. Takes appropriate action for Bio Medical waste management with the  MO 

Carries out any other relevant additional functions as tasked by the MO of the MMU/Clinic. 

Experience required 

B.Sc. (Nursing)/ANM/GNM and 1+ years of experience 

Local candidates will be given preference. 

Essential Skills: 

Effective verbal and written communication Skills 

Counseling skills. 

Good Team Player. 

Relationship building 

Knowledge of running Mobile Medical Unit (MMU’s) would be an addition advantage.
