Job Description
The Assistant Manager/Manager will be responsible for developing corporate relationships that promote retention and loyalty. This person will work closely with Corporates ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of employee engagement
Job Responsibilities
Partner/Account Management I End to end delivery | Renewals and cross-selling| Team collaboration and management.These include the below deliverables:
- Reach out to Corporate (CSR & HR), get the mandate of planning and executing charity, fundraising employee engagement and volunteering events
- Manage and Build Corporate relationships and ensure engagement throughout the year. Closely monitoring Corporate requirements and come up with solutions accordingly
- Innovate on sales strategy and lead generation channels. Work with prospective corporates, understanding their need and pitching the right solution.
- Liaise with partners to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts before closing deals
- Identify new and innovative revenue opportunities and meet targets. Establish, and maintain a level of market/partner knowledge that can be utilized to assist in the planning and support of present and future events
- Coordination with the Inside Sales Team for proposal preparation & submission based on the program needs & deal closure
- Manage the funds inflow, invoicing, payments and outstanding with the corporate partners. Work closely with the program teams, Inside sales team, and social team to ensure timely submission of quality reports and good visibility for Bhumi in the social space.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA will be an added advantage)
- 1-3 years of work experience in managing corporate partnerships
- Any Banking / sales / corporate fundraising experience would be an advantage
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Creative and able to enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community-oriented
- Possess the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, external partners and donors
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
- High Emotional maturity, Resourceful, responsible and self-starting
- Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
