JOB PROFILE
The Project Ifficer will be responsible to develop, design project plans and its implementation in collaboration with other team members and concerned stakeholders. This includes, supportive supervision, managing team, monitoring project progress, documenting workflow, and best practices. The Individual will also be responsible for creating workshop/ training reports. S/he will be responsible to work in close coordination with internal concerned sections and ground partners to conduct Enriche training at field locations. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations. S/he will participate and contribute with ideas and feedback to meet project deliverables in stipulated timelines. S/he will organise and manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver on deadlines. This forward-thinking professional will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects from conception to completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Implementation
Create, design and implement activities within the scope of Project ( Mers Haq, Meri Zimmadari, Mera Swasthya)
Plan and coordinate activities in collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders
Research and collate resources for project implementation
Ensure efficient and effective implementation of all project activities within stipulated timelines/
Manage Capacity building of project team as per need
Train local stakeholders/ community champions on their roles
Implement Train the Trainer sessions for the internal stakeholders and partner organisations
Liaison with various internal organisational departments and ground partners
Seek and develop partnerships with other NGOs and CBOs
Coordinate with other NGOs / CBOs for the field implementation of Enriche related activities
Coordinate and participate in inter-section activities
Documentation and Reporting
Create systems and template to collect impact data
Maintain implementation documentation
Record data for programmatic reporting
Create Project progress reports
Monitor, assess, and record progress, impact, and learnings outcomes
Detailed documentation and report writing of project activities ( ToT, Champion training, periodic progress report , project initiation/ completion report and case studies/ best practices etc.)
Monitor progress and assess learnings outcomes
External Communication
Represent the organisation professionally at formal and informal platforms as per
need
Develop social media posts, testimonials, and other resources for training delivery
and assessment.
Administrative
Timely procurement of resources and services for project implementation
Address logistic needs for field implementation
Maintain and oversee fixed asset and inventory records
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Excellent command on spoken and written Hindi and English essential and proficiency in Assamese language
Microsoft Office skills essential, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
Experience of G Suite ( Google doc, Google sheet, Google slides, Google meet etc)
Basic image editing software skills are beneficial.
Communication tools and social media.
2-3 years of experience in a similar position is desirable.
