About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Associate Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in managing our scholarship platform. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient scholarship application and selection process. You will also work closely with our partners to develop and implement effective scholarship programs that align with their CSR goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the scholarship platform, including application processing, eligibility verification, and award selection.
• Develop and maintain clear and concise scholarship program guidelines and application procedures.
• Oversee the communication process with scholarship applicants, keeping them informed throughout the application and selection process.
• Analyze scholarship applications and recommend awardees based on established criteria.
• Work closely with partner corporations, NGOs, and educational institutions to understand their CSR goals and develop tailored scholarship programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of scholarship programs, identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations on scholarship program activities and outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in scholarship management and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education or non-profit sector.
• Strong understanding of CSR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Experience with scholarship management platforms is a plus.
