Job Position: Associate Manager- CSR Programs

Location: Delhi

No. of Position: 2

CTC: INR 5 LPA- 7.2 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

Position Overview:

The Associate Manager - CSR Programs will support the planning, implementation, and management of various CSR projects. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in CSR or related fields and a bachelor's degree, with a preference for candidates holding a master’s degree. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and possess a passion for driving social impact.

The Role and Responsibilities:

Program Support and Management:

• Assist in the design and implementation of CSR programs that align with the organization's objectives.
• Support the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure programs meet established goals and objectives within the defined timelines and budgets.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including corporate partners, NGOs, government agencies, and community organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective program implementation and sustainability.
• Act as a liaison between Bharatcares and stakeholders to communicate program progress and outcomes.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Assist in the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of CSR programs.
• Collect, analyze, and report on program data to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Team Support:

• Support and coordinate with the team of program coordinators and volunteers.
• Provide assistance and training as needed to ensure the team effectively executes program activities.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Resource Management:

• Assist in managing program budgets and resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization.
• Identify and support funding opportunities to enhance program sustainability.

Communication and Reporting:

• Develop and disseminate communication materials, including newsletters, press releases, and social media content, to promote program achievements.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for internal and external audiences.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CSR programs or related fields.
• Experience in program support, development, and evaluation.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Passion for social impact and community development.
