Job Position - Associate Manager – Higher Education and Artificial Intelligence

Preferred Location – Ahmedabad, Delhi, Jaipur, Goa, Raipur

Salary- 6.40 LPA - 8.40 LPA

About the Positions:

The Associate Manager - Higher Education and Artificial Intelligence will support the strategic planning and execution of initiatives at the intersection of higher education and AI. This role involves coordinating with academic institutions, implementing AI-driven educational solutions, and fostering innovation within the education sector.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Program Management:

  • Lead the development and implementation of AI-based educational programs.
  • Collaborate with higher education institutions to integrate AI into curricula and research projects.
  • Monitor program outcomes and prepare progress reports.

2. Research & Analysis:

  • Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and their applications in higher education.
  • Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in AI-enabled learning.
  • Develop insights to enhance educational programs using data-driven approaches.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, research institutes, and edtech companies.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions on AI in education.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external educational partners.

4. Project Execution:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for AI and education initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are completed within scope and on time.
  • Report on project performance and key achievements.

5. Training & Capacity Building:

  • Facilitate training sessions for educators and administrative staff on AI tools and technologies.
  • Develop resource materials and training modules for educational purposes.

6. Communication & Reporting:

  • Present updates and project outcomes to senior management.
  • Draft proposals and concept notes for new AI-education initiatives.
  • Prepare documentation and reports for stakeholders

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in education management or AI-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI applications in higher education.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Python, R, or similar).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with academic institutions and AI research projects.
  • Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and their potential in education.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital education tools.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
