●      Title:   EDP Coordinator

●      Location: Faridabad, Haryana

●      Language Requirement: Hindi and English

 

●      Length of Commitment: Contractual period of 12 months. The period may be further extended or reduced depending upon the performance of the candidate and project requirement, duration etc.

●      About the Role: The Impact 360 foundation is seeking a motivated Enterprise Development professional who will engage in community level interactions, coaching and handholding for enterprise & entrepreneurship development among the youth and women from urban poor communities in/ around Faridabad. The coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager and the Training and Monitoring lead.

 

●      Responsibilities and Duties:

○      Identify capacity building needs of the target group through analysis of baseline data and consultation with program participants and the line managers of relevant government departments.

○      Monitor, review and measure the progress of participants through interactions and evaluations.

○      On-ground, door step assistance to the aspiring/budding and struggling entrepreneurs on a continuous basis in all business support services: facilitating convergence to finance, market, supply chain and know-how; enabling financial inclusion and social mainstreaming; and monitoring their business health and family wellbeing of the participants.

○      Support teams in MIS, documentation, communication, impact evaluations and stakeholder networking

 

●      Qualifications:

○      Graduate with 5+ years’ work experience and preferably 3+ years in Enterprises and/ or Livelihood Development

○      In case of outstanding candidates or Post Graduates in business, commerce, economics or social welfare etc. work ex may be relaxed.

○      In case of younger candidates, having less experience a position of facilitator can be considered.

●      Compensation: In line with not-for-profit Industry norms and depending on the salary history of the candidates

 

1. Mobilizing the candidate/aspirants
2. Proper counselling of the candidates aligned with the project objectives prior to enrolment.
3. Documentation of the process of the mobilization, counselling, admission and keeping the candidates’ profile along with supporting documents.
4. Coordination with Supervisor.
5. Helping candidates to get job/Hand holding support to candidates of the EDP.
6. Building rapport with Government and Non-Government agencies.
7. Fulfilling the project target in time.
