Job Description

The purpose of this Terms of Reference (ToR) is to invite professional designers or design agencies to submit proposals for designing a logo and overall theme for food service enterprises in Maharashtra, operated by women from Self-Help Groups (SHGs). The branding should reflect the cultural heritage, authenticity, and empowerment of women in food services. The branding should resonate with the values of sustainability, women empowerment, and local cuisine.

Job Responsibilities

• Logo Design: A unique and visually appealing logo that represents the mission and identity of the enterprise.
• Color Palette & Typography: Selection of colors and fonts that align with the brand’s identity.
• Visual Theme: Creation of a design theme that can be applied across canteens, marketing materials, menu, billing books, packaging, and promotional content.
• Branding Guidelines: A document outlining the appropriate usage of the logo, color scheme, typography, and visual elements.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in branding and graphic design.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work in or related sectors.
• Ability to incorporate local cultural elements into the design.
• Understanding of SHG initiatives and women empowerment themes is a plus.
