About SIDBI

SIDBI was established on April 2, 1990. The Charter establishing it, The Small Industries Development Bank of India Act, 1989 envisaged SIDBI to be "the principal financial institution for the promotion, financing and development of industry in the small-scale sector and to co-ordinate the functions of the institutions engaged in the promotion, financing or developing industry in the small-scale sector and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto".

The business domain of SIDBI consists of small-scale industrial units, which contributes significantly to the national economy in terms of production, employment and exports. 

The roles and responsibilities

• At BOs/ROs – The CCA is expected to contribute proactively in following broad areas of operations of the Bank-
• Business development, appraisal of MSME credit proposals, sanctions, disbursements, customer management, credit monitoring & follow-up.
• Timely completion of review/ renewals of proposals/accounts.
• Representing SIDBI on various fora, member of various Credit committees.
• Any other work as assigned by the Bank from time to time.
• Verticals - SIDBI has various Verticals located at its Mumbai, New Delhi and Lucknow Offices, viz. Risk Management Vertical, Institutional Finance Vertical, Venture Finance & Investment Vertical, Direct Credit Vertical, NBFC Vertical, Digital Initiatives Vertical, Strategy and Innovations Vertical, Audit Vertical, etc. CCA will be responsible for operational work of respective Verticals as per their posting.

Eligibility Criteria

Age limit The candidate should not be more than 28 years old as on June 30, 2026.

Relaxation in age for –

• SC/ST candidates - 5 years,
• OBC candidates - 3 years,
• PwBD candidates - 10 years

Educational Qualification

• Qualified Chartered Accountant. The candidate should have cleared the CA Final exams in not more than two attempts. This criteria may be relaxed for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD, if required.

• Nil

Remuneration

• The selected candidates will be offered a remuneration of ₹12.00 lakh per annum on a Cost to Company (CTC) basis, inclusive of fixed and variable components, plus other facilities viz. Group Insurance etc.
• Apart from initial remuneration offered on a CTC basis, there will be provision for an annual increment on the CTC finalised initially, which shall be considered by the Bank based on the performance review from time to time. The salary would also have a suitable variable component of 10%, which shall be released subject to satisfactory performance and as may be decided by the Bank.
