Position: Demand Generation Officer 

 

Reporting officer: Project Manager of TAAL + IHC and CP

 

Job responsibilities: 

 

1. He/she will work under the guidance and supervision of the Project Manager TAAL+, IHC and CP.
2. Ensure timely reporting to the Project Manager.
3. Plan demand generation IEC campaign in taluk/districts independently.
4. Should be Self-motivated, create innovations and maintain stakeholder relationship
5. Mapping out areas with high density of HIV specialists and general physicians
6. Point of contact for Private sector engagement (General Practitioners, Laboratories, Pharmaceutical companies, and local Pharmacies)
7. Increase linkages/partnerships MoU between the private sector (General Practitioners, Laboratories)
8. Meeting Private providers for client referral to TAAL+ for Medicines and Lab.
9. Conduct community camps at various locations for HIV and Hepatitis in close collaboration with TI NGOs, Industries and Hospitals.
10. Keep engaging the Surgeons, General physicians, pharmacies, labs through Informative messages related to HIV Field, Meetings, CMEs, Learning platforms.
11.  Should be able to plan demand generation planning, execution through publicity and other possible sources.
12.  Overall in charge of all the IEC material related activities like Online and Offline
13.  Overall responsibility to do Promotional social media campaign on Google, FB, Instagram Page promotion etc.
14.  Maintain a monitoring tracker and analyze the data to plan for revisit/arranging specific targeted intervention to increase the business.
15. Ensure TAAL+ business expansion (20% per month from the month of joining)
16. Willing to travel in other districts (40 to 50% travel in a month)
17. To execute any other task, as per the requirement of the organization.
18. Should be covenant working among the PLHIV individuals. 

 

Qualifications and skills

1. Qualification:  preferrable D/B/M Pharma with relevant experience in marketing
2. Experience of working with HIV & AIDS program previously will be preferred.
3. Should be a resident of the district and should have the ability to read and write in English, Hindi and Marathi.
4. Willingness to travel for appx 15 days a month. (Travel and logistic support will be provided under project)
5. Individuals living with HIV are encouraged to apply
6. Willing to join immediately

 

Salary will be Rs. 35000 to 40000 negotiable
