Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ethics Communication Manager to join our Business Ethics team at Titan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote and uphold our company's ethical values and practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication plans to promote ethical practices and policies within the company
• Create and maintain a positive image of the company's ethical standards through various communication channels, including internal and external communications, social media, and events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company values
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception of the company's ethical practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and community organizations
• Provide guidance and support to employees on ethical issues and concerns
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business ethics communication
• Prepare reports and presentations on the company's ethical performance for senior management and stakeholders

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations
• Strong understanding of business ethics and corporate social responsibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field

Work Experience

• EducationGraduate/ postgraduate preferably in HR or ethics/compliance
• Relevant Experience10-12 years of relevant experience in a corporate organisation. Any experience in manging a small team or couple of team members is an added advantage
• Behavioural SkillsPeople person; accessible; empathetic; good listener; enthusiastic learner; confident, fearless- to be able to speak up (when needed); and impeccable integrity. Ability to manage team and counsel employees would be an advantage.
• KnowledgeOrganisational structure and Company policies
• TCOC and Governing Policies of Titan - For external this is not mandatory
• Various processes that enable the interpretation/implementation of TCOC .
• Ability to comprehend policy / external regulations and cultural understanding as applicable
