Instead of sitting behind a desk handling internal admin facilities, you will be on the ground activating communities, scaling startup market reach, and orchestratin  mentorship corridors across India's emerging cities. You will collaborate closely with internal administration teams to keep your creative vendor execution, Request for Proposals (RFPs), and project budgets aligned with the General Financial Rules (GFR) and formal administrative proposals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver impactful regional rollouts that bring the core objectives of schemes like GENESIS straight to early-stage founders.
  • Tier-City Startup Activation: Design and deploy energetic, localized startup bootcamps and roadshows across Tier-2, Tier-3, and emergent cities. Break down geographic barriers to give grassroots talent direct access to the national innovation stage.

  • GFR & Budget Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with administrative and accounts teams to track event line items against approved government proposals. Ensure all external event agency deliverables strictly mirror the General Financial Rules (GFR) framework without taking on internal admin tasks.
  • Inter-Governmental Protocol Management: Design seamless, premium staging timelines, VIP reception layouts, and seating setups for Central Ministers and senior bureaucrats. Ensure high-level state hospitality protocols are executed flawlessly alongside modern event aesthetics.
  • Event Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor on-site contractor performance, structural builds, and audio-visual setups during live productions. Maintain a rigorous check on execution quality to ensure complete alignment with project proposals.
  • Post-Event Impact Mapping: Author data-driven post-event impact profiles tracking founder engagement, active investor matches made, and regional milestone growth. Gather community feedback loops to continually elevate the style and reach of future MSH engagements.
