Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public  healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality  healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the  last mile. 

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:  

• Receiving calls and answering them as per defined protocol 

• Maintaining and following all the quality parameters. 

• Flexibility to work in all the shifts. 

• Ability to do night duty 

• Advice given to callers should be only based on the information given in the application following the protocol  of Algorithms and Disease summary only. 

• All Emergency calls will have to be transferred to medical officer. 

• Adherence to all company policies and procedures 

Experience required 

• B Pharma /D. Pharma/ B.sc Nursing/GNM with 0-1 years of experience. 

• Local candidates will be given preferences. 

Essential Skills: 

• Good Communication Skills and 

• Good Computer Skills.
