Job Responsibilities

• This position involves leveraging technology, including AI and digital platforms, to improve accessibility, awareness, and the overall effectiveness of healthcare interventions.
• The ICT Health Expert will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and contribute to the success of the program.
• Lead the design and development of an AI-based ICT model aimed at addressing the comprehensive needs of youth, adolescents, and marginalized populations for SRH/FP services.
• Support development and implementation of an end-to-end digital solution integrating counseling, tele-consultation, peer support communities on SRH/FP, and e-commerce functionalities within the model.
• Explore and collaborate with technology partners to Design and Implement an interactive AI-powered chatbot to provide immediate support and information on FP/SRH topics.
• Identify suitable e-commerce platforms to partner in increase access models to SRH/FP products by Adolescents/Youth
• Facilitate seamless integration with e-commerce platforms to provide direct access to SRH/FP products based on consultation recommendations from the digital solution.
• Collaborate with e-commerce partners to enhance the user experience and ensure product availability.
• Organize training sessions for users, healthcare professionals, and support staff on effectively utilizing ICT health solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed
• Undertake any other project related work assigned by your direct supervisor from time to time.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree in computer science, computer application or MBA in Health IT or a similar field.
• Proven experience of atleast 6 years in developing and implementing ICT / digital solutions in the healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, chatbot development, and e-commerce integration.
• Understanding of SRH/FP issues and healthcare service delivery models in the country.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
