The scope of the accountabilities of the role includes (but is not limited to)

1. Reporting

a. Provide timely support to CIC/IC for client deliverables as required.

b. Producing reports and presentations, concept notes, mind maps, etc., for clients

c. Undertake on-ground visits as per project or client requirements.

2. Research & Interpretation

a. Research CSR, Philanthropy, Fundraising, or other relevant topics

b. Make & summarise notes of materials (best practices, org-structures, rules, etc.)

c. Identification of leads through secondary research

3. TBL Admin

a. Record & Keep minutes of all TBL-led meetings

b. Anchoring the backend for all TBL-related events

c. Prepare monthly service logs for clients (follow-up with respective ICs)

d. Preparing meeting minutes, reports, memos, invoices, & other documents

e. Keep track of TBL & Client Event calendars.

f. Keep Track of TBL’s Social Media engagement & IC’s actionables w.r.t. the same
