About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Manager - Academic Alliance to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to forge partnerships with academic institutions (schools, colleges, universities) across India.
• Act as the primary point of contact for academic institutions, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Identify and understand the scholarship needs of academic institutions and their students.

• Design and customize scholarship programs tailored to the specific requirements of partner institutions.
• Manage the entire scholarship lifecycle, from program design and promotion to application review, selection, and award disbursement.
• Track and analyze program impact, measuring key metrics such as student participation, scholarship utilization, and partner satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the scholarship landscape, identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
• Proactively identify and address any challenges faced by partner institutions or students regarding scholarships.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to academic institutions, showcasing ScholarsBox.in's value proposition and scholarship programs.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Academic Alliance program at ScholarsBox.in.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably within the education sector.
• Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with academic institutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Knowledge of the Indian education system and scholarship landscape is a plus.
