Job Description

We are currently seeking a Manager of Technology Solutions to lead our technology initiatives, ensuring the delivery of robust and innovative solutions that drive value for our clients and stakeholders. As the Manager of Technology Solutions at Athena Infonomics, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and execution of technology projects. You will lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business goals, driving innovation, efficiency, and scalability. Your leadership will ensure the successful delivery of technology services and solutions across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop effective solutions.
• Oversee the development and implementation of technology standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage technology budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of all technology systems and data.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Architecting solution
• Experience in cloud Azure / AWS
• Experience with languages like (C#, Python, Angular, React, Typescript).
• Proven experience in a technology leadership role, managing teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of current technology trends and software development practices.
• Experience with cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal master’s degree in computer science and influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
