About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Manager of Partnerships to join our team, responsible for both Academic and Corporate alliances. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our network of partnerships across academic institutions and corporations, contributing to the growth and success of ScholarsBox.in.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to establish partnerships with academic institutions (schools, colleges, universities) and corporations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for both academic and corporate partners, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Identify the scholarship needs of academic institutions and customize programs to meet their requirements. Similarly, negotiate and secure mutually beneficial sponsorship agreements with corporate partners.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of partnerships, from initial outreach and agreement negotiation to partnership activation and ongoing relationship management.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote ScholarsBox.in to both academic and corporate partners.
• Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the success and impact of partnerships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in both academic alliances and corporate partnerships, identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
• Address any challenges or concerns faced by partners regarding scholarships or sponsorship agreements.
• Represent ScholarsBox.in at relevant industry events and conferences, showcasing our value proposition to potential partners.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably within the education sector.
• Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with academic institutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Knowledge of the Indian education system and scholarship landscape is a plus.
