Exposure to multiple themes in social sector, Excellent Training and

Strengthen capacities of CSOs with Organizational Development efforts and strengthen their program offering. This entails; 

• Prepare profile of shortlisted CSOs and a Capacity Development Plan
• Organize, Design and Run OD trainings
• Communication, Visibility and MLE system for CSOs
• Process documentation

Senior Manager (Grants and Fund Raising) –

1 Position

Bhopal

PG in relevant discipline with 4-8 years of experience (of which at least 2-year experience in proposal development for CSOs with donor interface); Excellent Writing and basic computing skills

Ensure fund availability (Proposal-Negotiation-Sanction) for the CSO partners This entails; 

• Prepare Fund mobilization
• Map donors (CSRs, Govt., Philanthropies, Others)
• Develop programs leading to development of suitable proposal aligning with the programs of partner CSO
• Leverage Community Investment Funds for the Program funds

Communication Specialist –

1 Position

Bhopal

Graduate or PG in Media with 1-2 years of experience of working on communication, media for social development or related sector,

Excellent writing and communication skills,

Fluent Knowledge of Hindi and English – written and spoken

Expertise in handling social media channels 

Develop and Implement communication strategy of various Projects implemented by PRADAN in Madhya Pradesh. This entails;

• Regularly interacts with all nodes – Teams, DCs, State and Community Collectives, Govt/other stakeholders
• Prepare a communication development plan
• Invite stories of change from different work or organize events to capture facts and reflections on what worked and failed
• Prepare resources and collaterals – IEC materials, posters, banners, brochures, compendium of success stories, case studies etc…
• Visit to project field sites to collect and verify data for the above
• Manage social media posts

Training Coordinator –

1 Position

Bhopal

Graduate or PG in relevant discipline with at least 2 years of experience with working with government on evidence based implementation 

Exposure to Government systems at state and district level in rural development

Understanding of data-based research, preferably in economics or a related field, Experience of data collection, analysis for research purposes

Strong interest in public policy and economic development

Proficiency in oral and written English and Hindi communication skills, Microsoft Office suite

Coordinate the RCT exercise with focus on designing, organizing and run Training programs. This entails;

• Regular interaction with all nodes – Teams, DCs, State and Community Collectives, Govt/Others
• Produce high quality communication outputs to inform the design and scale up of female banking accounts is informed based on insights from research
• Collecting data related to the RCT and analyze it to track program implementation coverage and quality in the roll out 
• Document lessons for scale up, replication and capture project insights and progress and share it with IEIC team and others
• Build Training capacities of master trainers and others for imparting trainings, Track Participation records (data base) and material development work in line of Project requirements 
• Provide implementation support in line with the approved strategy
• Develop communications materials and training resources
• Maintain a training stakeholder spreadsheet; Collect and collate feedback from participants

Engineer (Watershed and Natural Resource Management)

District /Block town of Balaghat, Shahdol, Panna, Singrauli, Raisen, Sehore districts

Diploma or Degree in civil engineering with at least 2 years of experience of watershed management (design and work on soil and water conservation, irrigation structures etc…)  

Implement watershed and NRM structures in the cluster of villages in 2-3 blocks of a districts. This entails;

• Watershed planning
• Design specific structures and preparing estimates
• On-site monitoring
• Training of village level workers
• Generate related reports

Coordinator Panchayat Development  (Evidence Building, MLE) 2 Positions

Bhopal, Mandla

Graduate or PG with 2 years of experience of working with Panchayats and SHGs/CLFs;

MS-Excel along with other data based applications

Work with functionaries of Deptt of Panchayati Raj, MP-SRLM, MGNREGS and other agencies at Bhopal/Mandla to enhance participation of women collectives and improve quality of plan and implementation. This entails;

• Prepare panchayat development and capacity building annual plan
• Work with key functionaries to prepare a joint set of interventions and activities
• Organize, design and run capacity building programs
• Capture required data to build evidence of design elements and implementation in dedicated software applications
• Prepare progress reports

Lead Value Chain Development

3 Positions

Raisen, Sehore, Betul

Masters in any subject, preferable in Agriculture, Dairy, Poultry and related subjects; Agri business/ food processing 

At least 3 years of experience of managing agriculture or livestock based enterprises, preferably in private sector with special focus on value addition and marketing

Work to organize value chain interventions in the selected commodity in the district. This entails;

• Create market linkages
• Data base of buyers and sellers
• Prepare Business plans for the aggregating unit and support achievement of business plan of related FPO
• Market exploration and value chain study
• Strengthen Producer Groups, Agriculture Production Clusters and FPOs, as required

Associate (MIS)

1 Position

Bhopal

Graduate with PGDCA (Excellent Command of MS-Excel along with other data based applications), Good typing speed

Organize MIS and primary data collection, cleaning and basis analysis to prepare reports for different projects. This entails;

• Prepare data collection templates
• Visit to the field
• Deploy and Train data collectors
• Generate reports on regular/periodic basis
