ICPF Child Protection Unit Positions- Detailed Job Description
1.1 Complaints Processing Executives
The India Child Protection (ICP), established in 2005, is a leading child rights protection organisation dedicated to combatting child sexual abuse (CSA) and related crimes, including child trafficking, exploitation of children in the digital space, and child marriage.
ICP works with various Law Enforcement Agencies to strengthen the ecosystem of support in fighting CSAM and related issues. The Child Protection Unit of ICP is a dedicated unit that works out of the Banjara Hills. This unit comprises of Executives who report to a Team Leader. The Team Leader reports to a designated nodal officer.
ICP is looking for professionals from voice/ non voice process who can be trained in initial analysis and categorization of such complaints and follow up with authorities for next steps.

Depending on rostering, some employees may have to work in any of the assigned shifts. |
Compensation |
The remuneration is up to INR 25K per month. |
Initial Tenure |
The tenure of the contract is co-terminus with availability of funding. The initial contract will be for 1 year. Annual performance appraisals, business needs, and availability of budgetary provisions will determine continuity of service, year on year. |

1.2 Team Leader-Operations (Child Protection Unit)

ICP works with various Law Enforcement Agencies to strengthen the ecosystem of support in fighting CSAM and related issues. ICP is looking for professionals from BPO or Banking Back Office or Insurance Back Officer process who can supervise this team and ensure that the assigned goals are met.

1.3 Team Leader-Quality (Child Protection Unit)

ICP works with various Law Enforcement Agencies to strengthen the ecosystem of support in fighting CSAM and related issues. The Child Protection Unit of ICP is a dedicated unit that works out of the Banjara Hills. This unit comprises of Executives who report to a Team Leader. The Team Leader reports to a designated nodal officer.
ICP is looking for professionals from the BPO industry with experience in the Quality Department to join us as a Quality Team Lead in this Team.

1.4 MIS Executive

The MIS function is critical to get a realistic view of operational quality of the Child Protection Unit functions. The MIS function will be responsible for data collection with respect to Operational Data, Staff Attendance, Feedback Gathering, Data dump from various software applications etc., for review and analytics.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel is absolutely a must for this function. Exposure to webforms and Business Analytics Tools will be a great advantage.

1.5 Recruitment Executive

The Recruitment Executive position is critical to ensure business continuity across all processes in the Child Protection Unit. Candidates with experience in recruitment only need to apply. The position entails approximately 90% recruitment and 10% other HR Functions.
