Job Overview:

Samvedna Development Society is seeking a highly experienced National FPA & Auditing Manager to correct accomplishment of matters relating to finance and accounts, supervision, and strategic implementation of programs aimed at strengthening Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and to guide all state level Technical Directors (Finance & Accounts) in respect of financial and accounting matters relating to FPO business and ROC & Tax compliances. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in finance and accounts, Tax compliances and monitor timely and correctly accomplishment of matter relating to finance and accounts ensuring impactful execution of national-level initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• To guide all state level Technical Directors (Finance &Accounts) in respect of financial and accounting matters relating to FPO business and ROC & Tax compliances.
•  To closely monitor timely and correctly accomplishment of matters relating to finance and accounts
• To take part in awareness /training programmes to be organised for FPOs by SPMU on financial and accounting aspects.
•  To apprise the progress to National Project Director regularly and coordinate with Data Analyst and FPO Development Officers of CPMU to ensure real time and accurate data entry on Integrated portal on respective areas.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Postgraduate degree in Post-graduate degree in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration in Finance or CA or Commerce or equivalent from recognised University /Institute

• 3+ years of experience finance and accounts, Tax compliances and monitor timely and correctly accomplishment of matter relating to finance and accounts
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite and other business software (Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of government schemes, financial models, and agribusiness ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage national-level programs and multi-stakeholder partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
