ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Program Leader (PL) to drive the Deep Dive Interventions (DDI) in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh, under the School of Climate & Sustainability. The role involves implementation of field programs, managing Gandhi Fellows and the fellowship journey, and building strong collaboration with government stakeholders to enable effective program delivery and scale. Candidates with prior experience working with the government system—especially in WASH, agriculture, climate, or water conservation—will be given preference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead implementation (plan, execute and monitor) of the Deep Dive Intervention program in Sehore district.
• Manage and mentor Gandhi Fellows, ensuring their development, performance, and field engagement.
• Build and maintain effective liaison with district and block-level government departments (RDD, PRIs, Agri. departments etc.) for program convergence.
• Conduct regular reviews, provide feedback, and ensure timely course correction.
• Ensure high-quality reporting and communication between district teams and leadership team. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Environmental Science, Rural Development, Social Work, Agriculture, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of field experience in program implementation, preferably in WASH, water conservation, or rural development sectors.
• Experience in government liaison and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills (Hindi & English).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (PPT, Word, Excel).

LOCATION
