Job Description/Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the visibility and brand presence of the IIM Indore Incubation Foundation.
• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, social media channels, and content creation for promoting startups and the foundation.
• Organize promotional events, webinars, and marketing campaigns for the foundation and incubated startups.
• Analyse marketing trends and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials, newsletters, and success stories.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in marketing, business administration, engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the startup or entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Strong communication, branding, and event management skills.

Age: Below 35 years as of the date of application.

Desirable for both the positions:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong network and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of start-up ecosystems and industry trends.
• Problem-solving, and project management skills.
