About the Role

Programme Leader at Piramal Foundation, you lead implementation, manage government partnerships, mentor Gandhi Fellows, improve school processes, and ensure quality FLN interventions.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Stakeholder Management

• Lead project implementation in assigned block
• Build relationships with government officials, schools, and stakeholders
• Mentor Gandhi Fellows and support their development
• Strengthen school processes
• Plan capacity-building sessions for teachers and stakeholders
• Monitor progress, document, and report timely
• Support enrolment, attendance, retention, and community engagement

Project Management

• Track timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support rollout planning and implementation readiness.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare status reports and leadership updates.
• Maintain escalation and issue trackers.

Adoption & Support

• Support field teams and end-users during implementation.
• Capture feedback and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications & Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in [Field]

Experience Required

• 3–4 years of experience in program management/project implementation
• Experience working with government stakeholders preferred
• Experience in Education sector preferred
