Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.
Job Summary:
Health Front-line works product is focused on solutions to,
- Building digital health capacity to enable adoption of digital job-aids and data-based decision making
- Design user-centered digital job-aids to enhance efficiency
- Improve supportive supervision and governance for effectiveness of front-line workers
This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Design and implement digital health capacity modules, assessments, programs (asynchronous and synchronous)
- Facilitate orientation and trainings for operations team and support in program implementation.
- Collaborate with SMEs (internal and partners) for design and implementation
- Document case studies, create social media posts
- Analyse program data and prepare monthly reports for donors and government
Desirable Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Psychology, Woman and gender studies, MSW
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in structured L&D for digital health and basic understanding of assessment design.
- Conversant with roles and challenges of health frontline works
Essential Skills:
- Facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to influence colleagues and seniors in highly matrixed environment
- Growth mindset, natural collaborator
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, e-Learning platforms, familiarity with tech tools for L&D
- Strong command over Hindi and English, written and spoken
Travel: Open for Travel (12-15 days in a month)
