Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Project Manager for the Eye Connect Technician Entrepreneurship Development Program. In this role, you will lead and oversee a state-wide project aimed at promoting and developing Eye Connect Technicians.
Please find below the detailed Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive state-wide strategy to promote and develop EyeConnect Technician Entrepreneurship in rural areas.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of the Eye Connect entrepreneurship development program.
- Maintaining a balance between milestone and budget.
- Ensure proper hiring of suitable staff at different locations.
- Finalisation of training calendar and shop opening schedules.
- Coordinate with the team to develop Eye Connect Technicians as per the given targets.
- Implement training programs for aspiring Eye Connect Technicians, focusing on technical skills, entrepreneurship (shop opening), and customer service.
- Regularly assess and report on the program's effectiveness, making necessary adjustmentsfor continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with local communities, NGOs, and government agencies to raise awareness about the importance of eye health and the entrepreneurship opportunity through the EyeConnect Technician Entrepreneurship Development Program.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Desired Skill Sets:
- People with experience in digital technologies, including Tele-Medicine and Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be given preference.
- Expertise in the skilling sector would be advantageous.
Qualification: Master's degree in business Administration / Project Management / Rural Management / PGDM, or a related field.
Experience: More than 5 years of relevant experience in project management and business development, preferably in the healthcare, Rural Entrepreneurship Development, or eye care sector.
