Job Description

There is a requirement for the position of Research Assistant / Research Associate to provide support to the research work in field of Human Recourse Management, IIM Lucknow. The location would be at main campus of Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. The position is contractual in nature, for a prefixed period.

Job Description:

• Literature review
• Data analysis using some statistical package
• Preparing report

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Minimum post-graduation. The cordidate Should have good communication skill- oral and written, should have command over MS Office and preferably should have significant experience in some kind of programming language preferably Python or similar. The position will be more suitable to candidates will are planning to pursue Ph.D.

Salary

Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 22000/- per month (consolidated) for Research Assistant

 Rs. 22,000/- to Rs. 29,500/- per month (consolidated) for Research Associate
