Job Responsibilities

• Be the front-facing leader for AIC-BIMTECH’s programs and initiatives.
• Leading the team to guide them in executing and managing incubation and programs, schemes, events, and daily operations.
• Lead AIC BIMTECH partnerships and secure key projects and innovation programs.
• Build development strategies, lead the expansion network of Mentors and Investors while ensuring compliance with government policies and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for AIC BIMTECH
• Support startups through mentor connect, business opportunities, resource access, and stakeholder connections (investors, government).
• Curate and lead the drive for revenue generation and ensuring regulatory compliance. Lead and manage the incubation team to achieve organizational objectives.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• B.Tech/BBA/MBA/PGDM/M.Tech or an equivalent Graduate or Post Graduate qualification.

Experience:

• The candidate should have minimum 6 years of work experience with at least 4 years of experience in startup ecosystem as engaged in grants, programs, government schemes, incubation etc.

Desired Experience:

• Prior experience in startup ecosystem is essential.
