Summary: This role involves leading strategic actions and assisting managing trustees & consulting agencies to ensure smooth operations of all programs.

What Do We Expect From This Position:

Lead the Team
-
Provide the vision for the growth and professionalisation of the entire team.

Mentor the team & ensure transgression of Trust culture throughout the team
-
Empower team to deliver on respective operations & initiatives successfully

Establish & monitor team performance monitoring systems

Conduct regular reviews
-

Budgeting & Programs Oversight
-
Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual budget process
-
Keep track of budget utilization against the annual plan.
-
Ensuring delivery of the programs and w.r.t. key outcomes as decided
-
Supervise the Trust’s activities, monitor respective on-field operations.

Liaison with implementing agencies to ensure the program & organization goals are met

Operations Management
-
Provide analytical support to Trust’s governing council
-
Development of internal management reporting capabilities.
-
Improve administrative & operational services (e.g. accounts & finances)
-
Upgrade & implement appropriate systems, policies, standards, & procedures.
-
Oversight of the organisation's daily operations & work across all verticals
-
Design and content review of internal as well as external collaterals
-

Manage Partnerships and Oversee Reporting
-
Ensure quality relations with all stakeholders.

Promote strong ties with community partners & other local organizations

Represent the Trust at partners’ (or other) programs, events or conferences

Board / Trustee Relations
-
Report to the Board of Trustees on a frequent basis.

Equip the Board with all necessary information to make informed decisions.

Anchor discussions with the advisory boards to ensure the direction of the organisation and it’s constituent programs is adhering to the overall & respective vision.

Education & Experience
-
Master’s degree in social work and a Deep Passion for bringing change.
-
Proven experience in a leadership role within a non-profit organisation or similar sector.
