About the Role:

As a Senior Associate in Platforms, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless platform operations by managing data, enhancing client experiences, and contributing to platform optimization. You will also support cross-functional collaboration to align platform activities with ScholarsBox's mission of enabling educational equity.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Management:
    • Regularly update and maintain data on the ScholarsBox platform.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of information related to scholars, institutes, and other relevant data points.
  • Complete and entire management of scholarships as well as students of all the scholarships.
  • Implement and optimize processes for data collection, validation, and reporting.
  • Client Handling on platform:
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients using the platform.
    • Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide prompt and effective solutions.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance their experience on the platform.
  • Platform Optimization:
    • Collaborate with the technical team to identify opportunities for platform improvement.
    • Provide insights and feedback based on user interactions to enhance user experience.
  • Training and Onboarding:
    • Conduct training sessions for clients to familiarize them with platform features and functionalities.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform.
  • Documentation:
    • Create and update documentation related to platform usage, guidelines, and best practices.
    • Communicate changes and updates to clients through clear and concise documentation.
  • Data Analysis:
  • Analyze platform usage data to identify trends, user preferences, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor data quality and consistency, ensuring the integrity of reports and analyses.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports to provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including research, communication, and technical teams, to align platform activities with organizational goals.
  • Feedback and Improvement:
    • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess program effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements based on feedback and changing needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics
  • 3-5 Years of experience in data management and client handling.
  • Client-Focused Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
    • Ability to handle client concerns tactfully and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Strong ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
