Job Position: Sr. Project Associate- CSR Programs
Locations: Vadodara
CTC: 3 LPA - 5 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sr. Project Associate for our CSR Programs, with a focus on bio-composting, sustainable agriculture, and livelihoods. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Self-Help Groups (SHGs), managing field-level operations, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders including local communities and government bodies. Preference will be given to candidates based in Gujarat and fluent in Gujarati.
Responsibilities
Program Design and Implementation
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable project strategies focused on bio-composting, sustainable agriculture, and rural livelihoods.
- Design, implement, and monitor CSR projects aligned with the organization’s objectives and impact goals.
- Develop scalable, community-centric models that ensure long-term sustainability and measurable impact.
Research & Proposal Development
- Conduct research on bio-composting practices, SHG-based livelihood models, and agriculture-related innovations.
- Draft detailed project proposals including budgets, impact indicators, and timelines.
- Stay updated with CSR trends to identify new funding or partnership opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with government departments, local NGOs, and social enterprises for collaborative project execution.
- Liaise with community leaders and SHGs to ensure grassroots participation and ownership.
- Forge partnerships with research institutions and technology providers to enhance project delivery.
Coordination & Monitoring
- Maintain regular coordination with field teams, vendors, and non-profit partners.
- Oversee on-ground implementation, track progress through MIS and dashboards, and submit timely reports.
- Analyze implementation data to assess impact, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust project strategies as needed.
Capacity Building & Advocacy
- Train local facilitators and partner staff to ensure project sustainability.
- Conduct community awareness sessions and capacity-building workshops on sustainable practices.
- Represent the project in stakeholder meetings, conferences, and advocacy forums.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with business development and program teams to ensure alignment across project goals.
- Support organizational leadership in building networks and partnerships.
Travel
- Willingness to travel extensively within project locations and rural areas of Gujarat for field monitoring and engagement.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
- Education: Master’s degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, Social Work, Environmental Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Experience: 2–4 years in CSR project implementation with proven exposure to agriculture, bio-composting, and SHG-based interventions.
- Technical Know-how:
- Sound understanding of bio-composting techniques and sustainable farming.
- Familiarity with SHG models and rural development.
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Gujarati (preferred)
- Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, record-keeping, report writing, and MS Office proficiency.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, community-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about social impact
