Job Summary:

To play a pivotal role at the national level for managing and coordinating activities and translate learnings of Tribal TB prevention & care from the districts and states to the national level across, liaise with the various Government departments under the aegis of the Tribal Health Collaborative for the fulfilment of the overall objective, support the government departments particularly Central TB division, Ministry of tribal affairs with the technical support including data intelligence & insights, coordinate with the THC in initiating/ organizing/ participating in national level events on Tribal TB, build capacities of the State and District level teams to engage with respective stake holders, provide strategic input for Communitization, State Capacity Building and Innovations to the key personnel of the project – Chief of Party, Technical Advisor, Research Monitoring Learning Evaluation Lead.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Monitor and prepare various data/ reports related to project
  • Analyze large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching.
  • Interpret and analyze data to find the trend and forecast/ suggest the way forward
  • Identify data quality issues at state and district level
  • Present findings, or translate the data into an understandable document.
  • Creating formats for collection and compiling data through various sources.
  • Access baseline data and create the reports to show trends
  • Helping develop reports and analysis.
  • Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
  • Understand the requirements of internal and external customers and to send the analysis within the given timeline.
  • Submit reports to NTSU/USAID/PSMRI/CTD and MoTA as per requirements and timelines.
  • Training of district level person in data collections and reporting.
  • Collect, collate, analyze, triangulate all field level data regularly
  • Periodic feedback on the analysis to district team and Central team
  • Orient and handhold the field team on data collection and reporting mechanism
  • Review and raise red flags or deviations in trends.
  • Documentation of field activities through district teams as per need
  • Maintain dockets of visit reports, staff activity plans and summary sheets
  • Maintain repository of recorded MoMs, photographs, videos
  • Any other responsibility assigned as per the program need.

Foster Stakeholders:

  • Provide quality strategic insight and effective finance business partnering to key stakeholders to drive quality financial and business outcomes.
  •  Support Accounting teams for proper revenue and liability recognition.
  • Collaboration with Program and Ops team to support on project expenses

Desirable Qualification & Skills

  • Must have completed graduation in any Discipline and at least one-year Diploma in Computer Application /

PGDCA/ DOEACC ‘O’ level or equivalent or BCA/ B.Sc (IT)/ B.Sc. (Computer Science)/ DOEACC ‘A’ level or equivalent.

  • Candidates with a graduate degree in Science, Engineering, IT, Public Health, Management will be preferred.
  • Masters level qualification will be an asset.
  • Ability to compile various reports related to TB as per USAID and PSMRI needs.
  • Typing speed minimum 40 w.p.m.
  • Experience in working using MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of Software and Hardware and able to attend troubleshooting in computers, printers, and network connectivity.

Desirable Experience

  • 5 years of experience in the health sector working in a reputed organization.
  • Experience in Tuberculosis Data Management / Research would be desirable
  • Experience in the government health system, NHM would be preferable
  • Candidates working in similar positions with state/ national/ international development agencies shall be preferred.

Duration of posting:

  • Full time opportunity
  • The incumbent should be able to join the duty station at the earliest
