ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE OF INDIA (EDII) INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR THE POST OF TEAM LEADER FOR NARMADA AND TAPI, GUJARAT:

Position Title: Team Leader – VDVK Programme (2)
Location: Narmada and Tapi, Gujarat
Reporting To: Program Head

Role Overview:

The Team Leader will oversee the implementation of the VDVK programme, ensuring effective planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of all activities. The role involves leading a team of VDVK Coordinators, ensuring quality training delivery, and achieving project objectives aligned with guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, guide, and monitor the work of VDVK Coordinators.
• Develop comprehensive training calendars in alignment with project goals.
• Ensure proper planning and execution of training and capacity-building activities.
• Monitor field implementation and ensure adherence to project guidelines and timelines.
• Support coordinators in resolving field-level challenges and improving performance.
• Actively participate in planning, execution, and monitoring of programme activities.
• Conduct and/or facilitate training programmes as required.
• Track progress, analyze performance data, and prepare periodic reports.
• Ensure quality and impact of livelihood interventions across VDVKs.
• Liaise with stakeholders including government agencies, financial institutions, and market partners.
• Ensure documentation and reports are timely completed and submitted.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Postgraduate in Rural Development, Social Work, Management, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in livelihood programmes, tribal development, or community-based projects.
• Proven experience in team management and field operations.
• Strong planning, monitoring, and coordination skills.
• Experience in designing and conducting training programmes.
• Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in rural/tribal areas.

Maximum CTC: Up to Rs.30000/- 

Type of Employment: On Contract.
