Saajha, a non-profit organization, is missioned to enable parents of children studying in government schools to be partners in their child’s education. We are building an ecosystem for parents to feel connected and supported in their efforts to impact the lives of children and drive transformative change. Saajha, since its inception in 2014, has worked across 2000+ schools in Delhi, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, and Karnataka. Listening to parents has been at the core of our work.

About the role: 

We are looking for a highly motivated team player to support the Program Manager in Saajhedar - School Led Program to implement the program in 100 schools of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.  

The team leader will lead a team of 8-10 Project Associates to support 100 schools and approximately 10000 parents through school and community-level intervention by March 2023. The role will allow the candidate to work with government stakeholders and other verticals such as M&E and Technology in the organization.

Job Responsibilities: 

• To lead a team of 8-10 Project Associates as a role model with honesty, sincerity, punctuality &  hard work.

• To maintain and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders 

• To ensure achievement of the laid work plans and yearly targets both Qualitative and quantitative.

• To  monitor the regular progress of the team members and  provide all necessary support and guidance 

• Build new processes and implement them to support parents in their child's learning.

• To support the PM in maintaining school data and preparing all kinds of documentation.

• Support the Program Manager in developing a long-term goal and strategy for engaging Project Associate and their capacity development.

• To support in organizing  Donor Visit at the schools level  with the support of Project Associates
  

Job Requirement: 

•  1 -2 Years of experience working at the Schools Level 

• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders like School Stakeholders, District, and State Education Department.

• Ability to make data-based decisions.

• Openness to experiment and innovate with technology.

• Results-focused with a strong sense of ownership and ethics. 

• Enjoy the flexibility in the role and are highly organized. 

• Able to prioritize work to meet deadlines. 

• Openness to listen, learn and contribute beyond the confines of this role.

• You are resilient and willing to take on a long, difficult but extremely rewarding journey. 

• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other fundamental tech tools.

Remuneration:
