Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:• Conduct regular field visits to urban poor settlements to engage with communities, identify needs, and build rapport.• Facilitate community meetings, awareness sessions, and participatory assessments.• Work closely with community members to develop and implement project activities according to the project plan.• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with relevant government departments (e.g., health, education, social welfare) at the local level.• Provide support and guidance to community-based organizations and self-help groups.• Collect, document, and report project-related data accurately and in a timely manner.• Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of project interventions.• Identify and document best practices and challenges encountered during project implementation.• Ensure adherence to project guidelines, policies, and ethical standards.• Contribute to the preparation of project reports and other documentation.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Social Science, or a closely related field.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of demonstrable experience in the social development sector.

• Proven experience working effectively in urban poor settlements.

• Familiarity with and ability to liaise with government departments and local authorities.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler vehicle for field operations.

• Excellent proficiency in both Hindi and English (written and spoken) is essential.

Additional Preferences:

• Preference will be given to female candidates.

• Preference will be given to candidates who are residents of Lucknow.
