Course overview:

Explore the pioneering first edition of the Joint Masters/LL.M. in IP Law and Management, seamlessly blending Intellectual Property Law expertise with cutting-edge management principles. The programme transcends the boundaries of conventional education by offering a dual track mode which allows students from non-legal background to pursue a Masters of Arts in Intellectual Property Law and Management (M.A. Degree Programme) and students from legal background to pursue a Master of Law in Intellectual Property Law and Management (LL.M. Degree Programme).

• Global Nature of the Programme:The Curriculum features insights on Intellectual Property from across the globe. The Curriculum introduces cutting-edge & contemporary subjects.
• Multi-Disciplinary Approach: This programme has been designed to transcend the barriers of educational disciplines by complementing the study of IP Law with core principles of management.
• Dual Track:This programme is being offered in dual track mode which enables it to cater to students from both legal and non-legal backgrounds.

How to Apply

• Admission Process: All candidates will have to appear for the All-India Entrance Test except for Foreign National Category.
• Application Window: 21 March, 2024 – 3 June, 2024
• Entrance Test Date: 3rd 23 June, 2024 (Sunday)
• Duration of the Programme: One Year Duration
• Start Date: 16 August, 2024
• Classes : On Campus of NLUD in full time mode
