About the Fellowship

The NBMC Impact Fellowship is not just an internship. It’s an initiation into the future of India’s political,governance, and data landscape. Designed for recent graduates eager to build where it matters most, this 6-month program offers immersive exposure to the real work behind elections, governance, media, and education. Fellows work at the intersection of data, strategy, and impact, contributing directly to live projects while learning from some of the sharpest minds in the field. This isn’t about watching from the sidelines. Rather, it’s about shaping narratives, crunching truths, building systems, and being taken seriously. Those who thrive don’t just complete the fellowship, they stay on to lead what comes next.

Program Objectives

• Groom high-potential fresh graduates into full-time professionals
• Provide real exposure to the intersection of data, politics, governance, media, and education
• Build a pipeline of future analysts, strategists, communicators, and technologists for NBMC
• Encourage fresh thinking and youth-led innovation in impact-driven spaces

Program Structure

• Duration: 6 months (Full-Time)
• An experience involving intensive immersion, learning, and supervised contribution

Eligibility

Recent graduates (0-1 year post-college) from any background with:

• Strong analytical, writing, or design skills
• Interest in politics, governance, media, tech, or education
• Prior internships, college leadership, or independent projects are a bonus
