About the Organization

This fellowship

is designed to empower young individuals by immersing them in the real-world challenges faced by marginalized communities—offering a powerful departure from classroom theory into hands-on social action. Through active participation in Ladli Foundation’s on-ground programs, fellows will gain a nuanced understanding of systemic issues such as gender inequality, poverty, health disparities, and child protection. The experience is deeply rooted in community engagement, where fellows will learn to communicate empathetically, build trust with beneficiaries, and co-create solutions alongside grassroots leaders.

Duration and FIX Amount of Rewards (Total in Months)

• INR 1 Lakh for 06 Months Fellowship
