TribesforGOOD is a new-age platform, Asia’s first social impact platform for Gen Z & Gen Alpha that helps you discover; learn and contribute to issues that you care about while bridging the talent gap for social enterprises. By combining training from grassroots innovators, we help you make a positive social impact. About the Fellowship

Embark on a two-month commitment with TribesforGOOD Fellowship for an immersive experience at the crossroads of social impact and education. Our mission is to activate social consciousness amongst Gen Z.

Collaborate with students in acquiring a sense of agency over pressing societal issues enabling ‘Tribes’ of young individuals across the country who are passionate towards change. Whether you're a seasoned professional on a sabbatical, a parent seeking a fresh start, a recent graduate navigating career paths, or a relentless learner hungry for growth, this fellowship offers a transformative journey tailored to your aspirations.

The opportunity will help you build your facilitation skills, content creation skills and curriculum design. TFG  fellows have taken full time role as educators and some are pursing their Masters.

Timeline: 15th June -15th August / 1st July -31st August 2025

• Action oriented work - Implementation: At TribesforGOOD, we already have partnerships in place which gives you time to work on the core work that you like be it client servicing, mentoring, working on curriculum development or teaching!

What does the Fellowship entail:

• Duration: 2 months
• Commitment: Full-time/ Remote
• Opportunity: Paid (Stipend of 17,500 per month)
• Placement: Fellows will be placed in TFG online classrooms to manage a group of 20 students.
• No of fellows: 3

Eligibility

• Have finished their Bachelor’s degree
• Applicants need to be 23 years  old

Work Experience:

• Applicants need to have a minimum work experience of 2 years which can include internships, teaching assistant roles and part time roles.
