About our Programs

We are excited to launch the following initiatives this year, catering to students from Class 1 to Class 12. As part of our revolutionary national movement to promote education, we are pleased to announce the expansion of our initiatives to include the postgraduate level, commencing next year

We would also like to formally highlight one of our key objectives for the current year: to enrol students under our flagship scholarship programs. This milestone reflects our ongoing dedication to making quality education accessible and rewarding academic excellence on a large scale.

Key Outlines of Programs: -

• Aim to enrol 1 crore school students nationwide.
• Provide scholarships to 16000 students.
• Disburse up to 11 Crore scholarship amount.
• Recognition and reward to more than 300 schools, principals, educators and Parents.

• Mentorship & Resources: Free mentorship, study materials, and skill development workshops for students.
• Enhanced Reputation: Improved institutional reputation and student motivation.

Program Phases:

• Phase 1 (Offline): School-based assessment (Nov–Dec 2025).
• Phase 2 (Online): Proctored exams (Feb–Mar. 2026).

Scope of Work: -

We are looking for organizations and individuals to undertake the following key responsibilities:

School Registration:

• Identify and onboard schools in designated states and districts.
• Facilitate formal partnerships between schools and the Shiksharatan India Foundation.

Student Enrollment:

• Assist schools in registering students for the scholarship program.
• Ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.

Eligibility & Evaluation Criteria

We invite EOIs from NGO/ Partner agencies that meet the following criteria:

Legal Status: Being a registered as NGO or legal entity.

Track Record: Demonstrating a history of successful projects and experience in relevant social impact sectors.

Experience: Having 1 year of experience in relevant field.

Documents/Details to be Submitted:

1. Company/ Organization Profile.
2. Form A1 (Annexure): Completed with details of your organization and proposed plan.

Evaluation Process:

1. Initial Screening: Compliance with eligibility criteria.
2. Technical Evaluation: Assessment of Form A1 and the proposed plan.

Submission of EOI

The process for submitting of Expression of Interest (EOI), submit the completed proposal through the email only.

The proposal should be properly signed, stamp and scanned and attached the required supporting documents.

1.  Download and Review the EOI Document:

Download the EOI document, carefully review its instructions and requirements, submission instructions. Pay close attention to the eligibility criteria, submission deadlines.

2.  Prepare the EOI Proposal:

Fill out the form Annexure A1, Collect supporting documents, as mentioned in document requirement and other relevant information.

Ensure all documents are properly signed.

Submit electronically, scan the documents to PDF format and ensure they are properly named and organized.

3.  Submit the EOI Proposal:
