A Year-long Paid Fellowship in Theatre Arts-Based Education

1. Are you passionate about theatre, storytelling, and working with children from underserved communities?
2. Do you believe in the power of the arts to transform education?

Join us at Bewajah Samiti as an 'OpenUp Fellow' where learning meets expression, and facilitation becomes leadership.

1. Facilitate creative sessions in schools
2. Build social-emotional skills through theatre arts
3. Grow as a changemaker and reflective practitioner
4. Be part of a movement reimagining the classroom

Eligibility:

1. Have a graduate degree in any discipline.

2. Aged between 21 to 30 years

3. Good command over both English and Hindi (Preference will be given to those proficient in English speaking and writing)

4. Basic computer skills - creating documents, Google Forms, Excel sheets

5. Available to work in schools/communities of Lucknow.

6. Have interest or experience in performing (like  theatre, storytelling, dance)

7. Can commit full-time for 6 days from August 2025 to May 2026
