Applications Open for 3PE - Public Policy & Program Evaluation Workshop

Grassroots Research and Advocacy Movement (GRAAM) invites you for the 5th Edition of the 3PE – Public Policy and Program Evaluation Workshop, scheduled 27th January–8th February 2026, Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), New Delhi.

3PE is a 12-day, hands-on training programme for professionals from the development, CSR, government, research, and non-profit sectors, focused on building practical skills in program evaluation, impact assessment, and evidence-informed decision-making.

Why 3PE?
