Purpose of the EOI

CSRBOX Foundation invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from credible NGOs and grassroots organizations to partner with us in implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects across India.

Through this initiative, undertaken in collaboration with a reputed corporate partner, we aim to support short-duration, high-impact projects addressing critical community needs. The objective is to enable community-led development by identifying and empowering capable organizations that can deliver measurable social outcomes within defined timelines.

Eligibility

Applicant organizations must fulfil the following mandatory criteria:

• Registered as a non-profit entity under:
• Societies Registration Act, or
• Indian Trusts Act, or
• Section 8 / Section 25 of the Companies Act
• Minimum five years of organizational experience since registration
• Valid Tax Exemption Certificates – 12A and 80G
• Availability of CA-audited financial statements for the last three financial years
• CSR Registration (Form CSR-1) duly verified by a CA/CS/Cost Accountant (as per April 2021 compliance mandate)
• Listed on the NGO Darpan portal
• Need Assessment Report or Baseline Data available (if already conducted)

Geographical Scope

• Projects can be implemented in any geography across India (PAN India).

Application Process

Interested NGOs meeting the above criteria are requested to fill out the mandatory NGO Empanelment Form and upload all required documents as per the eligibility checklist.
