Description of RFP

Frontline health workers—ASHAs, ANMs, and Anganwadi Workers (AWWs)—play a pivotal role in delivering essential health and nutrition services at the grassroots level. However, they often face challenges in accessing timely training, field-level support, and real-time guidance, especially in rural and resource-constrained settings.

To address these gaps, HCLFoundation desires the development of a WhatsApp-based digital support platform integrated with a modular Learning Management Information System (LMIS). The initiative aims to enhance the capacity, responsiveness, and service delivery of FLWs by leveraging accessible and scalable digital tools.

The integrated system will:

• Deliver structured learning content aligned with national health programs,
• Provide behavioral nudges and triage-based support,
• Enable real-time backend tracking and analytics,
• Offer personalized experiences based on user roles and needs.

This initiative is envisioned as a scalable, user-friendly, and inclusive digital solution that strengthens the ecosystem of continuous learning and field support for FLWs.
