Background

Samuday by HCLFoundation is committed to developing scalable and replicable models for holistic rural development. Prioritizing health system strengthening to the last mile, Samuday is developing a digital LMIS and an AI-powered chatbot to aid the training, knowledge reinforcement, and decision-support needs of frontline health workers. These platforms will aim to improve the delivery and effectiveness of health services in rural geographies.

Description of RFP

The purpose of this RFP is to identify and onboard a content agency capable of developing structured, engaging, and pedagogically sound content. This content will populate both the chatbot and LMIS platforms and serve as the foundation for digital training and continuous learning for frontline health workers and community health agents.

Aim

To ensure that frontline health workers in rural areas have access to standardized, easy-to-understand, and contextually relevant information and learning content in local language(s), enabling better healthcare outcomes at the grassroots level

The content is developed for:

• ASHA, ANM, and Anganwadi workers

• Rural health volunteers and cadres
• Primary healthcare facility staff
• Community leaders and stakeholders  

Scope of Work

The selected content mapping agency/organization will support HCLFoundation’s pilot initiative to enhance the capacity of Frontline Health Workers (FLWs) through a digital LMIS and WhatsApp-based chatbot. The agency will be responsible for thematic content mapping, structuring, and formatting for digital deployment.*

*This role excludes any technical development responsibilities, as HCLFoundation is working with a separate tech partner for chatbot and LMS development. However, the content agency is expected to collaborate closely with HCLFoundation and the tech partner to ensure content compatibility and readiness for integration.
