Background

Shechen Clinic, Bodhgaya, invites sealed tenders from eligible, reputed, and experienced manufacturers / authorized distributors / suppliers for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of dental equipment for its dental unit.

 Objective

The objective of this tender is to procure high-quality, durable, and standard dental equipment to strengthen dental OPD services, ensure patient safety, and comply with clinical quality standards.

SECTION 2: Scope of Work

The selected bidder shall be responsible for:

• Supply of dental equipment as per technical specifications
• Transportation, loading, unloading at site
• Installation and commissioning
• Demonstration and training of staff
• Warranty and post-warranty maintenance support
