Subject: Invitation of Quotations for Wall Painting Activity under HIV/AIDS Awareness Programme

Dear Sir/Madam,

DISHA Cluster Ferozepur invites quotations for the execution of Wall Painting Activity for HIV/AIDS Awareness in four districts under DISHA Cluster Ferozepur (Ferozepur, Faridkot, Fazilka & Moga).

The details of the requirement are as follows:

1. Scope of Work

• Activity: Wall Painting with IEC messages for HIV/AIDS awareness
• Specifications:
• Size: 200 sq. ft.
• Multi-colour painting with images, medium weather-resistant paint, Punjabi Language text, creative provided by PSACS
• Total wall paintings are 128
  • Location: Selected sites in Ferozepur, Faridkot, Fazilka & Moga (32 in each district, Painting will be done only in the main city)
  • Completion Timeline: On or before 30th September 2025

1. Eligibility Criteria

• Must possess valid GST Registration and
• Must have PAN.

1. Terms & Conditions

• Rates should be quoted per square foot inclusive of all taxes, material, and labour charges.
• Final payment will be released after completion and verification by the committee constituted by DTO-cum-DACO, against submission of:
• Invoice with GST details
• Completion report and photographs
  • Taxes will be deducted as per Government norms.

• Last Date & Time: 31st August 2025 by 12:00 PM
• Place of Submission: DISHA Cluster Ferozepur Eye Department Civil Hospital Ferozepur
• Documents to be submitted:
• Quotation on company letterhead
• GST Registration Certificate & PAN

1. Evaluation Process

Quotations will be evaluated on Lowest Price Basis (L1) fulfilling all technical and eligibility conditions.
