Wall Painting Work on HIV/AIDS in Firozepur, Faridkot, Fazilka & Moga districts of Punjab

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

Subject: Invitation of Quotations for Wall Painting Activity under HIV/AIDS Awareness Programme

Dear Sir/Madam,

DISHA Cluster Ferozepur invites sealed quotations for the execution of Wall Painting Activity for HIV/AIDS Awareness in four districts under its jurisdiction, namely Ferozepur, Faridkot, Fazilka, and Moga.

1. Scope of Work

• Activity: Wall Painting with IEC messages for HIV/AIDS Awareness
• Specifications:
  • Size: 200 sq. ft. per painting
  • Multi-colour design with images, medium weather-resistant paint, text in Punjabi language
  • Creative content to be provided by Punjab State AIDS Control Society (PSACS)
• Total Quantity: 128 wall paintings
  • 32 locations in each district: Ferozepur, Faridkot, Fazilka, and Moga (painting will be done only in the main city)
• Completion Timeline: On or before 30th September 2025

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Valid GST Registration Certificate
• Valid PAN

3. Terms & Conditions

• Rates should be quoted per square foot, inclusive of all taxes, material, and labour charges.
• Final payment will be released only after completion and verification by the committee constituted by DTO-cum-DACO, against submission of the following:
  • Tax Invoice with GST details
  • Completion report and photographs of the paintings
• Applicable taxes will be deducted as per Government norms.

• Documents to be submitted:
  • Quotation on company letterhead
  • GST Registration Certificate
  • PAN Card copy

5. Evaluation Process

Quotations will be evaluated on Lowest Price Basis (L1), subject to fulfillment of all technical specifications and eligibility criteria.
