Position: Knowledge Management Specialist

Education Required:

• Master degree in Public Policy or Administration/ Management/ Economics/ Social Work/ Rural Development or equivalent professional certification in Knowledge Management or related discipline from any Government recognized university/ institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience in Public Sector, preferably in Social Sector is required.
• At least 5 years of mandatory experience in similar role.
• Sound knowledge and prior work experience in initiatives related to women’s economic empowerment in West Bengal is desired.
• Prior experience of working in any bilateral/ multilateral funded project or Externally Aided Project will be a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali along with presentation ability and analytic competency.
