Job Description

IRMA is seeking Academic Associates to assist faculty in teaching and related activities.

Job Responsibilities

Academic Associate (AA) will work with faculty members and assist them in undertaking:

• Assist the faculty in curating material for course pack for different programmes
• Assist the faculty in recording of classes, facilitating MOOC classes, and maintaining the attendance
• Assist the faculty in evaluation of Class Participation
• Assist the faculty in designing quizzes and examinations
• Assist the faculty in evaluating answer papers and assigning of grading
• Assist the faculty in taking tutorial and remedial classes
• Attend the invigilation and other examination related duties

The Academic Associate considered for the position will be expected to hone their abilities and leave the Institute richer for the experience armed with the ability to take up higher positions / higher studies in well-known institutions.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

IT & Systems

• MBA/PGDM (IT/Systems), M.Tech or MSc. (IT/Computer/Computational Science and related areas)
• Preference will be given to candidates having relevant work experience either in academics or industry. The Candidates need to have good written and spoken English. Competency in IT and other tools is essential.

Salary

The selected candidate will be given a consolidated salary of 40,000/- per month.
